What is Consumer Directed Services?
A program that allows individuals who receive Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) through Medicaid to hire and manage their own personal care attendants.
This gives individuals more control over their care, allowing them to choose who provides their services, when and where services are provided, and how much to pay their workers.
